Kıvanç Tekstil, Adana Alparslan Türkeş University of Science and Technology, and the Çözüme Ortak Ol Association (COLDER) have signed a cooperation protocol under the “Equal Women at Work” project, an initiative aimed at strengthening gender equality and increasing women’s participation in the workforce.

The project was officially launched with a signing ceremony attended by Prof. Dr. Adnan Sözen, Rector of Adana Alparslan Türkeş University of Science and Technology, and Mr. Ziya Kıvanç, Chairman of the Board of Kıvanç Tekstil.

Through this academia–industry collaboration, the partners aim to develop and implement initiatives that promote equal opportunities for women in professional life, reinforce sustainable employment models, and support the career development of young women.

This partnership reflects our continued commitment to inclusive growth, social responsibility, and empowering women to take an active and equal role in the workforce.
