A meaningful event was held within the scope of the “Women’s Footprint Project”, carried out in collaboration between Kıvanç Tekstil and Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University (ATÜ).
As part of the event organized to introduce the project and celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, a talk was held with artist and academician Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melih Görgün.
The event brought together students from Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University and female employees of the Kıvanç Family, where the topic “The role of women in social and economic life, cultural transformation, and the perspective of equality” was discussed.
During the event, Kıvanç Tekstil Vice Chairman of the Board Zeki Kıvanç and ATÜ Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Neşe Yalçın shared their views, emphasizing the importance of strengthening women’s role in working life and offering their perspectives on the future of the project.
As Kıvanç Tekstil, we will continue working towards a future where the strong footprints women leave in production, thought, and every aspect of life become more visible.
